Except a few use type 120 camera CANON NB-7L Battery or digital back professional photographer can directly produced a square composition work beyond, we use the type 135 cameras and small household DC of CCD (CMOS) is a rectangle, so we in the composition of a point when it has two options: horizontal and vertical composition composition photography skills.
Generally speaking, the composition of the vast scene for performance broad, and vertical composition is suitable for performance tall fierce image. If you are used to get the camera to film, so can only get waking rectangle pictures, the CANON NB-6L Battery actual shooting, we should be taken according to photograph the content and purpose the flexible use of composition and vertical composition, and training use vertical to composition.
Of course, you can also in the later will cut out the picture for images or vertical pictures, but I don't suggest you do this too often, because we are the CANON NB-8L Battery use of camera pixel is not high, the picture will seriously affect after cutting the picture quality.
In the filming site we often have a variety of composition choice, as the landscape in the park, I with horizontal and vertical composition composition taken respectively get a different picture. The composition of a picture is broad, and vertical composition was tall, we can use according to the pictures to composition. Generally speaking, experienced photographer meet interest in watching, respectively to shoot with a CANON NB-9L Battery variety of composition means, for a different use to do later.

How to determine the appropriate exposure
AE
Now, all of the stupid camera CANON Digital Camera Battery and the vast majority of single-lens reflex camera (SLR) have an auto exposure (AE) of the available features. In theory, we have to do all the work is the lens at the subject matter, and press the shutter button. Built-in light meter will complete the remaining work, regardless of the color film or black and white film, it will automatically calculate the "correct" exposure. This seems to look perfect, but unfortunately the built-in light meter that "correct" exposure is often wrong!
Why? Because the light meter does not think, only we think. We want to correct the subject's face exposure, or do you want to only show the contours of the face and exposure for the sky to catch the beautiful sunset while it? AE metering system can only guess is that we want to get the object, no matter how complex metering system, it is impossible to know what we want.
While we ourselves know what we want to do. This lesson will learn how to use the camera's built-in metering system and a separate light meter to ensure that every time we need to get exposure. We do not guess, but do not know.
The type of metering system
Basically, there are three different types of metering systems, we can find their own way out of its use.
First of all, you can use the automatic metering system. Such systems are generally used in the fool the camera, it can automatically do it all. We do not have any control of the exposure, the camera will complete all the work, but it does not matter right or wrong. If our camera and metering system is fully automated, without any control of our exposure, then they want us to do? Perhaps we can do nothing on the exposure control, and yet not be overly pessimistic. This lesson we will introduce some techniques, the use of these skills can "fool" the camera, and thus exert some control over exposure.
Second, we can use the metering system with built-in camera, it allows us to conduct a manual exposure control. Many cameras have auto exposure to manually override by a known way to achieve this function, that is, turn off the automatic metering system, and manual exposure control.
Most SLR cameras CANON NB-3L Battery offer a "model" option, which we can set the camera for a variety of different automatic exposure modes, you can also set it to manual mode, the exposure to full human control. Whether using a manual override or manual mode, the result is the same, that is, to impose artificial control of exposure. A third possibility is to use a separate handheld light meter, as shown in Figure 5.2. If we do not built-in camera light meter, you can use this separate light meter. Or we can use it to supplement the built-in light meter to get the data.
Regardless of the type of light meter, but also whether to take a color film or black and white film, the basic principle behind its operation is similar. There are two basic types of metering systems:
1. Reflected light exposure meter
2. Incident light meter
What is the reflected light exposure meter
Reflected light meter is more common to use all the built-in light meter are this type. The meter is the object of the reflected light is measured. When the lens at the subject at the same time, it will be the face of optoelectronic components of the subject.
The alignment meter, the brighter the subject matter, which gives the higher readings; are aligned, the brighter the subject matter, which gives lower readings. If the meter object aligned with a mixture of the composition of light and dark scenes, it gives the average brightness of the whole scene, whether it is to take a color film or black and white film, readings are the same.
Theoretically, we may we are interested in the subject is arranged near the center of the photo CANON NB-2L Battery , so some of the built-in camera light meter will be more concerned about the image near the center of the reflected light, and more less attention to objects near the edge of the reflected light. The meter is the center of focus for metering, that is, they produce a reading of all light in the scene based on the strength of the center of the light is particularly emphasized (weighted) and obtained.
Another type of reflected light meter is a spot light meter. The meter reads a very narrow region of light - may be only a twice wide. As the name implies, can point to the spot meter and read a very small spot. Therefore, some SLR's CANON NB-1L Battery built-in light meter that offers a choice of local metering function.
Today, many of the most complex camera offers a feature called Matrix metering. In fact, these cameras is the frame into different intervals, such as a central range and angle of the individual interval. Meter "reads" the light in each section, and the information is fed into computer chips, the chip is given in the light of each interval, and the information is fed into computer chips, the chips are given for each reading " value "and ultimately determine the" correct "exposure. However, this meter is still only guess our intention, as we mentioned in the previous example: we want to correct exposure is the subject's face or sunset when the sky? Meter can not make decisions for us.CANON NB-6L Battery
What is the incident light meter
The incident light and reflected light meter light meter is different from the camera CANON NB-5L Battery position is not to point the subject is, but from the subject is at the point the camera. The result is exposure to light the subject is on the light meter will fall on the same token, this is the light that we are measuring. We do not measure the subject brightness value of the object itself, but the measure fell on the subject is on the light. Meter designed to indicate the correct exposure required for exposure, and assume that the scene from clear to dark tones, the average range.
Should use what type of light meter
Incident light meter in the professional photography has a special value, for example, used to balance studio lighting. Now, we recommend using the light meter is the type of reflected light. Remember, the camera's built into us as the reflected light meter light meter, so we can safely use, as long as we understand it the flexibility to use it.CANON NB-4L Battery

SLR Which brand is better? Talk about the Canon (Canon) temperament
A few days ago, I had given you before digital SLR CANON NB-4L Battery( single-lens reflex digital camera , DSLR is a meaning, now often directly called SLR ) brand of temperament, so then I will give you an analysis of a different brand The SLR camera and a single electric camera temperament problems.
Canon
First thing to say is that Canon CANON NB-5L Battery, why? Because Canon's best known, most fierce advertising campaign, Canon SLR camera endorsement - Jackie Chan is also a force, so in many people's eyes, Canon digital SLR is the first brand, in fact, like that. While Nikon ( Nikon ) fans may not agree, but the market share of Canon SLR than the Nikon does, but the entire system is also very well.
In fact, Canon's history is also very deep, but as early as 1987, Canon CANON NB-6L Battery launch EF mount time, to achieve a comprehensive electronic, the lens mount is the absence of any mechanical structure, and only contacts only. Canon digital SLR, the lens drive all focus, focus motor in the lens, so that different lenses can be used with a different motor. Light weight, the motor can be smaller; comparison Shen, the motor of the "horsepower" bigger, so no matter what lens, can be fast focus. The Nikon is applied body-driven focus, mount a drive shaft, and a focusing lens motor drive different, prone powerless situation. So, Canon gives the impression that the higher degree of e!
In addition, Canon has always spare no effort in the high-tech use. Canon introduced very early example of the " ultrasonic focus motor "(referred to as USM ), has been described, when the lens in focus, as "a very sharp knife across the soft tofu" sort of way, fast, aggressive, accurate, but very quiet. As another example, the Canon telephoto lens and some use of " fluorite lens ", which is found to eliminate the dispersion of the best materials. There are a lot of people talked about the " eye control focus , "shoot, where the eye can see, the focus went to where the magical sounds great, although this feature only in the canon of traditional film SLR years there have been , the introduction of digital SLR CANON NB-3L Battery yet, but after all is a conversation piece. Because high technology content, so the Canon SLR feels relatively young, young people are naturally more receptive to it! Another feature of the Canon SLR: launch of new products quickly. In general, the year several SLR update is very normal, which for the average user, which is loved! Therefore, ordinary users are more likely to accept. However, the too frequent introduction of new products (only relatively frequently, but not this month a frequency) of the side effects is that every new models are only a bit of improvement,
so the image of some people being called " squeeze toothpaste . " So, in general, Canon is the temperament of the brand high-tech , electronic , the young , coupled to the power of advertising, becoming the first brand is not surprising. Of course, Canon's SLR CANON Battery is also very unique in the imaging, the next time we revisit it.

How to handle the color balance DV camcorder
As technology advances, the development of the camcorder CANON NB-1L Battery tends to size small, functional automation and price is reasonable, while the television camera has quietly entered the people's entertainment. Television camera into people's lives not only enrich people's entertainment, but also to pursue more artistic people ... ... People often talk about the color screen does not reddish to bluish, the appearance of the screen. In fact, the color balance is a television camera is one of the important technologies. Here, I want to take the Sony DCR-TRV27E camcorder, for example, on how to correctly handle the DV camcorder's color balance of a point to talk about their experience and understanding.
Color CANON NB-2L Battery is one of the means shape the TV screen, it has a direct role in human vision, gives rise to emotional responses. Color screen, a direct impact on the quality of TV programs, how to correctly handle the color balance of the TV screen it is very important. Correctly handle the color balance of the TV screen has two meanings: the TV screen should be properly restored the natural color of the scene, no color cast; from a deeper level point of view, the color television picture and television should be to convey emotion and mood is consistent. In this article, because of space limitations only talk about the first point.
"DV" is the "Digital Video" acronym. DV video camera CANON NB-3L Battery is the digital camcorder. According to the different features and price, DV camcorders with home video cameras and professional video cameras of the points. Home video cameras and professional video cameras compared to the color balance in the regulation of the screen when the camcorder does not have manual white balance function, such as DCR-TRV27E only 4 white balance mode Hold, Indoor, Outdoor and Auto, but also Some DV camcorders only one white balance mode Auto. For professional cameras, the color balance in the pre-shooting machine improperly can take advantage of post-production effects in the appropriate remedy. For weddings and other family tourism and entertainment video, it does not have these conditions, once the shooting, when there is no way to make up. This requires shooting to correctly handle the color balance.
Here's the DCR-TRV27E camcorder,CANON NB-4L Battery for example, to talk about the correct handling of DV video camera color balance method. In the above-mentioned DCR-TRV27E camcorder white balance adjustment is usually only 4 ways: Hold, Indoor, Outdloor and Auto. Their usage is different.
One, Hold
Shooting an object or background color, usually white balance using this method.
In the following cases, the white balance set to Auto, and after a few seconds to re-set to Hold.
Change PROGRAMAE way; the camcorder from indoors outdoors, or vice versa.
Second, Indoor
"Indoor" in Chinese means "room", but does not mean that all indoor shooting are a way to use it. It depends on the indoor illumination conditions. Because the television camera in the room is usually carried out with tungsten lighting, so the true meaning of Indoor indoor shooting is not to say all this way, but rather for the 3200K color temperature of light. So that did not play lights in the room but from the windows or doors shining, the light source color temperature is 5600K, can not be used this way, but rather use the Outdoor mode. So be sure to understand the Indoor 3200K color temperature light source refers to the white balance mode.CANON NB-5L Battery
Here are some ways to use the situation Indoor White Balance:
1, in the room, to tungsten, or incandescent light sources as the main shoot.
2, the sun rising or falling quickly when the sun, the sun color temperature close to 3200K, at this time, it should be used in Indoor. If the sun rises over the horizon or the sun disappears below the horizon, you should use Outdoor.
3, cloudy or night outdoors with tungsten or incandescent lighting for the main shoot, they should be used Indoor white balance mode in order to obtain the correct natural color.
4, sodium or mercury in the shooting.
Third, Outdoor
"Outdoor" in Chinese means "outside", and are usually shot outdoors with the sun, so, Outdoor actually refers to a color temperature of 5600K white balance shot way of illumination.
Here are some selected cases Outdoor white balance modes:
1, in the outdoors, sunlight as the light source to shoot.
2, the sun has already risen in the morning or evening sun on the horizon, not down the horizon, the sun color temperature close to 5600K, should be used in Outdoor.
3, fluorescent colors in the room to shoot as the main source.
Fourth, Auto
Auto white balance adjustment mode is automatic when the light source or lighting conditions change the camcorder automatically adjusts the white balance. In most cases, the proposed use of this white balance, the general picture can be a good color. The following situations for use of this White Balance:CANON NB-6L Battery
1, the light mixing occasions. If both the sun, there are lights, then the best way to use Outdoor;
2, color temperature changes quickly in the light of the occasion, such as the shooting party stage lighting changes quickly, preferably Indoor.
Remind beginners to note that after the replacement of lighting conditions, shooting situations tend to change, then we should pay attention to timely adjust the white balance mode. Such as weddings and often from indoor to outdoor, and then back inside, shooting will identify the appropriate white balance mode. Often change the situation in the shooting venue, it is best to use Auto mode, adjust the balance so as not to forget the hectic way.CANON Battery Charger
